[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Supervisor Login Issues?

I believe the trick you are looking for is that the first time the supervisor logs in to the supervisor desktop, the password is set to the userid for whatever reason. E.g. if you have a userid of jsmith, the password will be jsmith. You can use the supervisor desktop to change it.

We just migrated from IPCCx 3.5 to UCCx 4.0(4)... we had a couple of test
agents we used for testing prior to deployment.

Now, the system is deployed and I want to remove those agents from showing
up under RMCM - Resources... the users have been deleted from CallManager,
and they do not show up in User Management on UCCx...

How do I get rid of them?

OK, So, I did the LDAPMODIFY thing with DCD to remove some system users from
the phone directory... worked great... but...

Now, if I go to IPCC 4.0 and check the synchronization, it says it can't
find the users (the system works, IPCC just can't verify it)...

So, I changed it back (apparently just leaving the description blank reverts
it back) and it passes synch...

So, there really is no way to remove the account without making it
dissappear everywhere?

Is there a good place to learn what the various ISDN messages mean?

Well, this one is a good place to start:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios113ed/dbook/disdn.htm

Here are the q931 disconnect cause codes:

OK, so I have IPCC express working, script is done, agents logged in, calls
route as they should, so far so good.

BUT, always a but.. I cannot login to the supervisor "Cisco Supervisor
Desktop" application. I can login to the website /appsupervisor with the
username and password. I can even login to remote monitor with username and
pin. However I launch the supervisor software and it asks for username and
password, I enter it in and I always get "the password you entered is not
correct, please enter the correct password"

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this problem? From the same PC
the agent software works fine if that matters. No I am not trying to run
both at the same time, if that matters as well.

Thanks
