On the settings accessible from the phone, all of the various network 
parameters are in sequence.  TFTP 1, TFTP 2, DNS 1, DNS 2, Call Manager 
1, Call Manager 2, etc.

On the phone web page, they're not.
TFTP 1, {20 items}, TFTP 2.

I opened a TAC case and was told "That's not a bug, that's how it's 
designed.  Contact your account manager if you want to get it changed."
