[cisco-voip] 7961 phone on 3550 PWR switch (no power up, only led blinking)

EHLO cisco-voip!

Im have bad working scenario with 7961 phone connected to 3550 PWR
switch. Phone leds up spekare button, then flashes all of line buttons
and reset. No kind of display on screen.

Debug on switch side show no error at all.
Phone connected with addition to power bar works fine.
Anyone expirienced this behavior?
