[cisco-voip] 7961 phone on 3550 PWR switch (no power up, only led blinking)

Assuming you have a 7961G-GE (gigE port on the back) then you need a  
3560.  The 3550 doesn't fully support the AF power the phone requires.

Debug on switch side show no error at all.
Phone connected with addition to power bar works fine.
