[cisco-voip] Save Ringer Volume settings

The "save" softkey is the one that appears immediately after you hit the "settings" button, while you are still in the menu.

  There was a post here yesterday about saving ring volume settings.  Not sure if this applies but read below and see if this is the case with your Call Mgr setup.  

   

   

        Settings Access :
       Indicates whether the Settings button on the phone is functional. When Settings Access is enabled, you can change the phone network configuration, ring type, and volume on the phone. When Settings Access is disabled, the Settings button is completely disabled; no options appear when you press the button. Also, you cannot adjust the ringer volume or save any volume settings. When Settings Access is restricted, you can only access User Preferences and volume settings. By default, Settings Access is enabled. 
        This is a required field.
        Default: Enabled.
