Did you go in to the Class Of service >> System Access Area and change
to the desired access for this COS? I use this same method to allow the
helpdesk to reset passwords and such.

Allowing Limited Admin Rights for Unity Passcode Changes
------------------------------------------------------------------------
--
As instructed by "Configuring Call Manager and Unity" (book), I have
created
a new class of service and template which is supposed to allow
subscribers
with this class of service to change Unity passcodes and re-enable
mailboxes, but it either doesn't work or I don't understand how it is
supposed to work. Is this ability to be accessed from the mailbox itself
(TUI)? I changed my mailbox to the new template/COS, but there is no
change
that I can see. What am I missing? This must be an easy question, but no
one
has chimed in.
Please help! Thanks.
Steve
