[cisco-voip] can we use bat to create cti port or cti point

You can use BAT to import CTI Ports but not route points.  When you
create your device template, select cti port as the device type.

We have a lot of user to add that only will have voice mail and no ip
phones.  I going to create cti port or points to forward incoming calls
to unity.  Can this be done in bulk
