[cisco-voip] IPT Paging Issues

We currently have Berbee Informacast for paging through Call Manager and
our IP phones and are having trouble with sending broadcasts to remote
sites, the multicasting seems to work intermittently, we may receive
broadcasts fine one time but others there may be up to a 20 second
delay. We are using 1760 routers with 3560 switches, our WAN is MPLS
using GRE tunnels.

The IOS we are testing with is c1700-sv8y7-mz.123-4.t and
c1700-sv8y7-mz.123-11.T3 the latter being worse with hardly any
broadcasts coming through at all.

The following is the config on our branch routers, can any one see If
I'm missing something or no of a better IOS version to use.
