[cisco-voip] 7941 volume too low

Hi all,

we recently started to use 7941 instead of 7940. The 7941 is very nice but 
there is one big problem: Compared to the 7940s, the microphone of the 
telephone receiver seems to be not so sensitive as the one of the 7940. Far 
end users are complaining about the low volume. For external calls, this can 
be corrected with the "output attenuation" parameter on the GW, but for 
IP-to-IP calls, I don't know where to adjust this. Firmware upgrade to the 
latest version did not solve this issue.

Is there anyone out there who knows how to solve this?
