Steve,
With Unity version 4.1 and later, this option may be turned off/on per
subscriber.
On the Subscriber account go to Call Transfer.
Go to While Transferring, Notify Caller?
Click the checkbox labeled "Do not play the "Wait while I transfer your
call prompt"."
If you want to change this setting for all existing subscribers at the
same time you can use the Bulk Edit Utility in the Unity Tools Depot.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Call Transfer "wait while I transfer your
call"
Hello,
Is it possible to disable the voice of Unity saying "wait while I
transfer your call" once the caller selects a transfer option?
If you can let me know the process to disable this, I would appreciate
it.
Thank you,
Steve
