[cisco-voip] having a unity timezone error

We have a unity unity unified message w/exchange.  Running into an issue
where our server is configured with a central timezone.  Now we have a
remote site and those subscribers are configure with est.  for some reason
there VM time stamp is 2 hour ahead verse 1 hour.  When we change the
timezone for those subscriber to default,  the stamp is correct 1 hrs ahead.
Anybody seen this issue.
