[cisco-voip] Speed Dial 9+456+variable

Customer's Avaya system allowed them to dial 9 plus 456 plus any
variable length of 4 digits for a speed dial button.

 

Any thoughts how to mimic this in CallManager?

 

Eg Press Speedial then 6756 would dial 94566756
