What version of Unity are you running?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity (Unified Messaging) Importing users
throughActive Directory

Hi,

I have a problem importing users through active directory. The
permissions seem to be ok.

Exchange 2003 delegated control:

UnityInstall Exchange Full Administrator

UnityDirSvc Exchange Full Administrator

UnityMsgStoreSvc Exchange Full Administrator

Active directory Unity Accounts have the following rights:

* Installation Account: UnityInstall Domain Admin +
Local Administrator

* Administration: UnityAdmin Domain User +
Local Administrator

* Directory Services: UnityDirSvc Domain Admin +
Local Administrator

* Unity Message Store: UnityMsgStoreSvc Domain Admin +
Local Administrator

Problem is that whenever I import a user,I get an error message.

The user is in the subscriber list of the unity server, but there is no
way of selecting this user.

I can find the user by doing a search on extension.

When it finds the users there is no Surname or Firstname.

The only thing I can do is deleting it with Bulk delete.

Any ideas?
