[cisco-voip] QRT Viewer problem...

Hi everyone-
I've configured the QRT button on a few phones-- have done some test
'pushes' of that button.
I've restarted the "Cisco Extended Functions" service on both CCMs
When I go into the QRT Viewer I get a popup screen that says:
"Document empty or invalid" "Could not do Problem Reporting"
It's been a day now since I did my first QRT button push, so I'm sure
there's some sort of data in there (or I assume there is)
All other CDR seems to work fine, so I know the system is recording data
about calls from phones correctly already.
(I successfully enabled Malicious Caller functionality in Device Pools,
and that worked fine)
So I don't think the problem is at the Extended Functions layer, nor is
it perhaps the phones-
It's something about the logfile not getting created when QRT events
arrive, and then there's no data for the report viewer to display
Thanks, Tim
