[cisco-voip] IPCC Express supervisor features

Hi All,

Is it possible to use supervisor features like agent monitoring, silent
monitoring, barge-in, intercept and coaching
from a remote location? The scenario would be having the whole IPCC,
Callmanager, IVR system and agents located
in Asia while the supervisor will monitor or perform call-control functions
in California.
