[cisco-voip] CTI Port is Busy

Never mind... I found the problem.
I was attempting to call into a G711 only enabled terminal with a G729
only phone, thus the fast busy.

I'm getting a fast busy when dialing into a registered CTI Port and the
CTI manager logs are giving me the following entry. CCM 4.1(3).

"deviceStateChangedNotify-Alerting State received but filter is off"

Any insight is appreciated.
