[cisco-voip] Upgrading Unity 3.1(5) to 4.1(2)

Well, it depends.  Did you purchase SAU or SASU with your original Unity
purchase?  If so, you just need to use the Product Upgrade Tool to order
the necessary software at no cost.  Otherwise, you will need to get with
your Cisco reseller to calculate it all out.
