I think I ran into that with the early versions of 7. Try FW 8 or higher and then try to replicate the problem.

Subject: [cisco-voip] multi calls getting messed up
I'm running CM 4.1.3sr2 with a 7960g running Firmware 7.02.300 and my 3640 VGW has a PRI.
With that all being said, has anyone seen issues where if 4 or 5 calls all come in at the same time and the receptionist starts putting everyone on hold she can't get back to the calls to do what ever she may need to do.
I allow 16 calls with a 8 call busy trigger. I thought it might be a Bandwidth issue so I have increased the bandwidth to that region. Is this a Firmware issue?
One happens with multiple calls all coming in at the same time. She doesn't have the issue when she has multiple calls on hold if they are all spaced out.
TIA
Scott
