Hi,
Thanks for the response. I running the following images on my routers:
c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-2.T2
c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-4.T7 - This is the central router.
I'll check Cisco's site for known bugs in the images.
Thanks,
Sechaba Mokoena

I have two sites connected to one another via a WAN link. When calls are
placed between the sites sometimes we lose the RTP stream. The call
doesn't drop, we just lose audio in one direction. We are using RTCP,
and I have verified that it is configured on both ends. When this
problem occurs, placing the call on hold and then resuming it will solve
the problem. Though this is working solution I can't expect the users to
go through this exercise every time this occurs. It was recommended to
upgrade to firmware v8.04, as the problem was detected in v8.03. I have
upgraded to v8.05 and I'm still experiencing the same problem. Does
anyone have any suggestions.
Check your gateway IOS version. I had a similar problem a while ago and
changed the IOS which solved my issues. What are you currently running?
Thnx
Charl
