[cisco-voip] Update Callmanager 3.3(4) to 4.2(3) / TAPS

Hello

we are updating our CM from 3.3(4) to 4.2(3). We had Extended Services (TAPS)
installed on the CM 3.3(4). Now after the upgrade Taps does not work anymore. I
updated the JTAPI on the Publisher. 
Does anyone know if I have to update the Extended Services (To what version?)
and what steps I have to follow.
