Upgrade you extended services version. You can check the compatibility
matrix to ensure you have a compatible version.

Hello

we are updating our CM from 3.3(4) to 4.2(3). We had Extended Services
(TAPS) installed on the CM 3.3(4). Now after the upgrade Taps does not
work anymore. I updated the JTAPI on the Publisher. 
Does anyone know if I have to update the Extended Services (To what
version?) and what steps I have to follow.
