[cisco-voip] What is the easiest way to take care of extension not in use

What are others doing about extensions not in use?  Forward to VM?  How
are you doing it.  Pattern to VM of XXXX?  If it doesn't match send to
VM?  Then use rules in Unity to send it to the main Greeting?  Or do you
setup a translation of XXXX to the receptionist?

 

What are others doing?
