reorder.
actually, right now a default route sends them to our pbx which sends it back to the callmanager. and over again.
i wouldn't suggest that method. ;)
we are working on establishing individual routes to our pbx and then reorder for unknown DNs.

What are others doing about extensions not in use? Forward to VM? How are you doing it. Pattern to VM of XXXX? If it doesn't match send to VM? Then use rules in Unity to send it to the main Greeting? Or do you setup a translation of XXXX to the receptionist?
What are others doing?
Thanks
Scott
