Is there any documentation on CCO pointing to this? I have to present it to
management and they will want proof.

The length of the Clip depends on the phone type as well.
The 7940's and 7960's are pretty short ~2 seconds.
The 7941, 7961's, and IP Communicator can do much longer >30 seconds.

There's no cap I'm aware of. I've built ringer lists in upwards of 80.
Do keep in mind there is a limit to the length of a clip you can use - I
believe it's about 2 seconds.

We are beginning to expand our Cisco network to our executives and one of
the first questions they asked about was using our artists songs as custom
ringers. I was wondering if there is any cap on the amount of ringers that
we can put on the system or if it is dependant on the size of the HD?
