[cisco-voip] Voip redial problem

Dear All,
   
  During the deployment of one of our solutions I faced the below described problem:
   
  As shown in the attached figure, this is the actual connection between the devices.
  I’ve attached the configuration of both sites. If there is something not clear enough please let me know.
   
  The problem is:
  1)      According to the Digram I tried to clarify the problem as much as I can.
  2)      Both sites can call each other successfully.
  3)      Serial link is at speed of 2Mb/sec
  4)      Phone(3) calls 74 to get one of the Co-lines of PBX(2)
  5)      As you can see in the configuration of router R1 & R2 you’ll found that we configured the dial Peers both Pots and one Voip on each router.
  6)      The voice-ports are configured with “connection-plar” command so that whenever “lets say” port 1/0/1-FXS in R2 goes off-hock it will automatically go to  Port 1/0/1-FXO in R1 as if its an internal extention on PBX1.
  7)      Then it will get a dial-tone from PBX1. Dial Ext 2959 for Phone(1). A successful call !!!
  8)      The problem is when phone(3) press the redial button to dial the same sequence the router will only get the first code(74) and the rest is discarded. You press redial and all u get is dial tone from PBX1.”that’s the first problem”
  9)      Second one and I think is the same that’s causing number 1. I have to wait for a while after I press 74 until I hear the dial tone from PBX1. that’s only when I can dial the ext2959.
  I’ve attached Show tech from the routers but with old configurations. The new and final configuration is attached alone for both sites please take notice of that. I can get a fresh Sh tech if you need. Your fast response is really appreciated
