[cisco-voip] Caller ID from analog lines

I remember this was discussed a few weeks ago. I did not pay close
attention then since I had never had any requests relating to caller ID
on analog lines but of course now I have one. Please remind me what the
issue is with not getting caller ID passed on when the call comes in an
analog line. In our case our 2 remote offices have analog lines going
into a vic2-4fxo in a 2821 router.
