[cisco-voip] How to determine peak IPCC Express license use?

How can I determine how many licenses are in use during peak periods on
an IPCC server?  (4.0)

We have a customer who was mistakenly under the impression they needed a
license for each agent configured, not concurrent.  
I'd like to get a picture of how many agents they have logged in during
their highest usage periods.
