[cisco-voip] IPCC agents randomly dis-associate & require re-association

Hi All,

CCM 4.1(3)SR2
IPCC Express 4.0(4)SR1

Randomly agents dis-associate. We go in to CCM Global Directory and
re-associate agent(s), and all is fine for a period of time. Just wondering
if anyone had any thoughts on this.
