[cisco-voip] IPCC agents randomly dis-associate & require re-association

I suggest you open a TAC Case for this, we`ve had the same problem, looks
like there is an issue with CTI Manager and DCD.
We have the same problem where the CTI manager suddenly dissacociates a user
from a device, but when you look in the admin pages, it is still associated,
so a re-associate will solve the issue.
We upgraded to 4.2 to solve the issue, and it looks like we don`t have it
anymore.

Do you actually see the agents dissacociated? or is the association just not
working anymore?

Good Luck,

Erik Gopppel
