Hi,

Anyone seen this before? CCM 4.1(3)sr4d with a group of shared lines between a half dozen phones or so.
You call the first number, which if busy is set to fwd busy to the second number, then third, then fourth, then to VM. When someone is on the phone, and another call comes in the calling party (internal or external) hears it ring 4-5 times then it goes to VM but none of the other lines or phones ring that it is set to fwd busy to. They don't see the phone flash or beep in their ear, etc either. I have triple checked all the ring settings (phone idle and busy), set the max calls to 4 and busy trigger to 1 and same thing. I have updated the configurations across all the phones also and reset all the phones just to make sure and same thing.

The DNs that the lines are set to fwd to can be called directly just fine, and if we set a non-shared line to fwd to these same DNs it forwards fine with same Forward CSS setting. The partitions and CSSs have also been triple checked.

Phone setup across 6 phones (all shared lines). All DNs have same settings, just different DN. I looked at the CCM and SDL traces and traces show the call being sent to all the devices and not seeing an problem in the traces that pops out. This used to work on 3.3(3)sr4a until a recent update (DST related).

  Line 1: 1000 CFB to 1001
  Line 2: 1001 CFB to 1002
  Line 3: 1002 CFB to 1003
  Line 4: 1003 CFB to 1004
Line 5: 1004 CFB to VM.
