[cisco-voip] Can I point Extension Mobility to subscriber?

I was missing the User > Global Directory > Extension Mobility Association, once I fixed that the error message change from Login Unsuccessful [10]!!!

18: Apr 10 18:37:45.312 EST %EM-3-UNK:0: LoginService: Dev: SEP001B0CAD390D- Error #10 - Policy Violation: 'CCMSysUser' is not authorized to authenticate by proxy.

 

New configuration of Extension Mobility, getting error 10 Login Unsuccessful. We are AD integrated.

 

I have reset CCMSysUser from CCMChangePwd.exe utility to match the AD password, reset IIS and Cisco Tomcat services, and can login to AD with the CCMSysUser/password.

Have you associated the user both on the profile and the user à extension mobility association?

 

I didn't do the second and got a error code 9 also.

10.20.4.20 is a subscriber.

 

10.20.4.10 is the Publisher and does not have Call Processing enabled.

 

From IP Phone I get a error 9 Login Unsuccessful with the subscriber upon trying to login as EM user. Do I have to use the Publisher with Extension Mobility?
