I think that CM 4.2 has a service parameter for this.
Thanks and Best Regards

Subject: [cisco-voip] Change default 'unknown'
Hi there,
Does anyone know if its possible to change the default text of 'unknown' when a call is received inbound from a source with no CLI? I am using an MGCP gateway.
I would like to change the text to something like 'unclassified' is this possible. I could not find a CM service param do reflect anything different.
Cheers
