[cisco-voip] CCM 5.04b with Uinty 4.2 UM - Exchange - Attendant Console xfer to VM.

The Attendant console software has an option to transfer to Voice Mail,
but it is currently not working.
I get an error message that says " Failed to transfer to Voice Mail."
Any hints? This was working before......

Anybody know how to change the "Directory Handler"'s voice prompt.
The message says 'spell the person's first and last
name...blah...blah...then press pound.'
I have a customer that would like to change this message....but you
can't change this through the GUID and I can't seem to locate the .wav
file.
