[cisco-voip] CCM 5.04b with Uinty 4.2 UM - Exchange - Attendant Console xfer to VM.

There is a bug with this feature in CM 5. The bug ID is CSCse95176.
Bouncing the Attendant Console service is supposed to temporarily fix the
issue.
I'm told there is a ES coming in the next few weeks that will address it.
