[cisco-voip] MOH on conference calls

In looking for away to disable MOH on conference calls I found the
following setting under Service Parameters.

Suppress MOH to Conference Bridge = True.

 

I verified that this is set the same on all servers in the cluster, but
when user conference in other users they still get MOH if one of them
uses the hold button.

 

I would prefer not to disable hold for anything other than conferencing.
Anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?
