Create IP service http://CM/ccmpd/xmlAddressBookInput.asp

 

Create parameters PreDial, UserID, and UserPIN.

 

Setup users.  You will need to set the PIN and the password.

 

Subscribe phone / profile to Address Book

 

You will need to enter there username and pin

 

In order for them to add stuff to the address book they will log into
https://CM/ccmuser

With there username and password.

Hey.

I am trying to setup the PAB for some users.
I go into CCM, and search for a user and there are things like

Change Password
Change PIN

What is the diff for these?  I need to change the login for folks since
they have forgot their passwords, and I have too!! 

I remember it's sort of a 2 step process to enable PAB on the phones
too, can anyone guide me??
