[cisco-voip] Personal Address Book

Hey.

I am trying to setup the PAB for some users.
I go into CCM, and search for a user and there are things like

Change Password
Change PIN

What is the diff for these?  I need to change the login for folks since they
have forgot their passwords, and I have too!!

I remember it's sort of a 2 step process to enable PAB on the phones too,
can anyone guide me??
