[cisco-voip] issue with joing unity 4.2 to the our domain

we are trying to install 2 separate unity unified messages install at totally 2 different sites.  and for some strange reason we are having problems with joining them to the local domain.  both sites are on 2003 AD.  is there some bad platform configurations disc out there or what
