[cisco-voip] How to upload files to the /usr directory on CM5.1

Hi

I've been given a patch for CM5 to address an issue. The file needs to be
uploaded to a subdirectory under /usr on the CM servers but the TAC guy
didn't include instructions on how to do this.  I'm waiting to here back
from him but figured maybe someone on the list would know and respond
quicker.

I don't see anything in the web interface accept for uploading to the tftp
subdirectory.  I've tried scp and the cli to no avail.
