[cisco-voip] How to upload files to the /usr directory on CM5.1

Sounds like a patch that requires a remote support account.   This is  
something that should be done by the TAC CSE or a DE directly.   
Please unicast me the SR number.

I don't see anything in the web interface accept for uploading to the  
tftp subdirectory.  I've tried scp and the cli to no avail.
