[cisco-voip] DB dips with IPCCx 4.0

We’ve developed an application (CRSAppAdmin) which is using an external SQL where we store tables such as: appID, promptID, userID, open/close status… Basically, an agent is able, after the authentication, to open/close an application, record a prompt etc. All our scripts have DB steps to check whether they are opened or closed.

With premium licenses you should be able to do DB dips.. not doing it myself we only have enhanced.

Is anyone doing DB dips with IPCCx 4.0?

I have Premium and was told with scripting I'm already licensed to do it. Is that true?

What DB are others using with this?

Thanks

Scott
