[cisco-voip] Getting CND to work when calling from CCM to CME via H323

Been trying to fix an issue with CND when calling from a CCM system
through to a CME via H323.

Got things working fine when you call from CME to CCM.  Call is
placed, destination endpoint rings and you see the correct names and
numbers displayed on both source and destination phones.

When calling from CCM to CME, the destination endpoint rings and it
shows the name sent from CCM.  The CCM phone however only shows the
dialled number and no name.

One thing I did find was that when I created an empty voip dial peer
on the CME system, when I call from CCM to CME, the CCM Phone displays
the CME extension name but no number.  Remove the dial peer and the
ccm phone only shows the dialled number.

Anyone got any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong here?  The CME
setup is extremely basic  with only a voip dial peer to call back to
the CCM system.
