[cisco-voip] Getting CND to work when calling from CCM to CME via H323

You might be having an issue with CME trying to use H.450 for updating the
caller id for calls to CCM (which doesn't support it). I don't know what
versions of code you're using but the CME design guide says to disable H.450.
I'm honestly not sure if you actually need to disable H.450 totally, or if
it's sufficient to enable H.450.12. You could try putting the following
commands under your voip dial peer

 no supplementary-service h450.2

  no supplementary-service h450.3

Maybe someone else can give you more concrete advice.
