Hi Reto,

How assume Harvey check that ip routing enabled on VG.
By default it must be enabled but all can happen.

Collect capture on CCM where VG and IP Phone registered, if you have 2
CCM and endpoints registered on different CCMs, reregister them on one. 
Capture can be done with NetMon, 
Advice create filter to collect traffic only between CCM and VG and CCM
and IP Phone.  Then open collected capture in the wireshark and look at
the MGCP messages. Interesting CRXC and MDCX, ip addresses for media.

I tried and I can ping the phon and the Gateway.
I also tried to connect two phones to the Gateway. it's allways the
same. 
Even if I cal from one phone connected to the gateway to the other.

Hello all

we have a problem with a VG224 Gateway. We connected it to our
Callmanager
4.2(3) and configured some ports (MGCP). When we want to make a call
from a
phone attached to the VG224 the destination phone rings and I can pick
up the
call. However I don't get a voice connection. The call terminates and I
get the
busy signal. After that I have to reboot the Port on the VG224.

Has anyone an idea??
