[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1 BAT Spaces in column with firstname or lastname

I seem to recall there is a problem with the .xls file if the firstname
or lastname has a space?

 

Eg Tun Peng Ng

 

ColumnA,ColumnB

Tun Peng, Ng
