Thanks Erik,
The exact solution is after restart your cluster CCM
Stop TCD services on CCM servers, restart RIS services on CCM and
restart TCD services.
And RTMT clear the alert that only cosmetic alert ,o)

I'm seeing the same thing in 4.1(3)sr4d regarding the Directory alert.
Here's the bug ID > CSCsc85141
It says that it should be fixed in our versions.
