[cisco-voip] Call forward All bug in CM 5.1.1

I'm experiencing a weird (and reproduceable) issue in CM 5.1.1b with call
forward all. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem.
I forward a phone using the CFwdAll softkey. I call that phone from another
phone and the forwarding works as expected.
I login to the ccmadmin page and find the forwarded extension. I make a
change to any of the settings under the Directory Number Settings section
(Line CSS, presence group etc) and save the changes.
now when I call this extension it rings the phone; even though the phone and
ccmadmin webpage still show the forwarding as active.
I can reproduce this at will on any IP phone in the cluster.
I have a case open but thought it might be interesting to see if anyone else
experiences the same thing.
