Description:
FCCS260 Caught Exception <COMM_FAILURE> sending message to application
<Supervisor_36538>, logout application.

At first glance I'm looking for some sort of network problem out to the
agents/supervisors... but my JTAPI is in partial service also, so i've
wondering if its something else.
