Hello,
I have used Acronis (bootable CD, I didn't install any agent) several
times to do a complete image of the entire server in case we have a
crash (Callmanager server, not Unity).
We have also restored servers in lab environment with these images and
all worked fine.

Hi there,
A short Question, I know that Cisco forbids the use of any other Backup
method than BARS for the CCM.
Is this also true for Unity that you are only allowed of using the Unity
Build in?
I want to use Acronis, to totally rebuild the server after a crash from
the Backup, do you have any knowledge about this?
