[cisco-voip] Second dial tone on Analog cordless phone

We are using Panasonic analog cordless phone. This analog phone is attached
to VIC-4FXS card. The voice gateway is running H.323.
Based on the Panasonic instructions, We can press the recall button on the
phone to switch to 2nd call.
How can I get the voice-gateway to recognize the signal when I press the
recall key. I heard something about Hookflash.But has no idea about how to
config it on the voice gateway.
